By downloading, accessing, or using the WonderUniverse mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing on behalf of a minor, you accept these Terms on their behalf and on behalf of the child.
WonderUniverse is a personalized AI-powered bedtime story application designed for personal, family use. The App generates custom stories featuring your child’s name and interests using artificial intelligence. Generated stories may include text and AI-generated illustrations or associated media.
The App is intended solely for use by parents and legal guardians on behalf of their children. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account.
In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account. Children under 13 may not create accounts independently.
Account creation requires authentication through Sign in with Apple or Google, followed by verification of an email address under your control via a one-time code. On the verification screen you must affirmatively confirm that:
(a) you are at least 18 years old, and
(b) you are the parent or legal guardian of any child for whom a profile is created.
By completing the account creation and verification process, you represent and warrant that:
WonderUniverse LLC relies on these representations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if we have reason to believe these representations are false or if we receive a valid request from a parent or guardian to delete a child’s information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. WonderUniverse LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Our Content: All stories generated by the App, including text, illustrations, and associated media, are the property of WonderUniverse LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view generated stories for personal, non-commercial use only.
Your Content: You retain ownership of information you provide (child names, interests, preferences). By providing this information, you grant WonderUniverse LLC a license to use it solely for the purpose of generating personalized stories and improving the service.
We de-identify story content by removing personal names and other identifying details before any storage or processing that is not required for the real-time delivery of the story to you. Child names and personalization details are re-inserted dynamically within the App only for the logged-in parent account.
Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, license, or create derivative works from stories generated by the App without prior written consent from WonderUniverse LLC, except as expressly permitted in Section 7.

Stories are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect content. WonderUniverse LLC does not guarantee that all generated content will be free from errors, inconsistencies, or unsuitable material. We employ content safety measures, but we encourage parents to read stories with or before their children.
Parents and guardians remain solely responsible for reviewing all generated stories before reading them to or with children.

The WonderUniverse name, logo, brand assets, App design, and all underlying technology are the property of WonderUniverse LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WONDERUNIVERSE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WONDERUNIVERSE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WonderUniverse LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App and access generated content is revoked. Provisions regarding ownership, liability, and indemnification survive termination.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Orange County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and WonderUniverse LLC waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, Florida.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WonderUniverse LLC regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
